EFIUC 2023 is a 3-day program curated by the Estonian FIU, and targeted to Estonian private and public sector involved in AML/CTF compliance, fighting financial crime, and strengthening the financial system’s stability.

The event will take place in hybrid format - at Hestia Hotel Europa Conference Center (with invitations) and virtually (upon registration).

Agenda

  • Day 1 is open for both Estonian public and private sector, and focuses on AML challenges in the private sector.
  • Day 2 is restricted to Estonian law enforcement and related public authorities for discussing investigation of money laundering and confiscation of assets.
  • Day 3 is also open for everyone focusing on CTF topics.
    The parallel session on money laundering and confiscation is restricted to judges, prosecutors, and law enforcement officials, and will be carried out by Stefan Casella, Former Federal Prosecutor of the US.
