EFIUC 2025

The Estonian Financial Intelligence Unit Conference (EFIUC) 2025 will take place from November 3 to 5. Among the speakers are globally recognized experts in anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing, heads of anti-money laundering institutions, and representatives from the private sector. The aim of the conference is to enhance competence in preventing money laundering and terrorist financing in Estonia.

- The first day of the conference will focus on the public sector. It will cover trends in financial crime and discuss how the state can be effective in Moneyval assessments. The conference day will conclude with a presentation on gathering financial intelligence.
- In parallel, a training day for private sector representatives (by invitation) will take place.

- The second day will focus on the challenges faced by the private sector in combating fraud and scams, emerging trends in countering terrorist financing, and the culture of compliance. The day will conclude with a session dedicated to various sector-specific case studies.
